Easy recovery run -done.

Really enjoyed my run today,but was glad when if was done.

Looking at other blogs it seems today was tricky for a few people. I

I ran 3.5 miles in 31 minutes on the treadmill. Steady run which is what my tired body needed today. Ate my first Buzz bar afterwards, which was delicious.

It's my birthday tomorrow - started early and opened some champagne-cheers!
